D&D 30 Day Challenge - Day 10 Craziest Thing That's happened that you saw to players etc
Wow! Is this one difficult, I'm really going on memory as I haven't played as much as I would like, I've just lately started really getting into gaming again. I remember a few ability checks that should never have worked (including modifiers) and the player character rolled the appropriate number some how, like a wizard trying a test of strength lol (sometimes the dice work out). However that's not entirely crazy. In one of my latest sessions, there was a huge pit trap in a room, and as the players walk in a skeleton try's to goad them into coming forward, only for one person to fall into the pit and take damage. Once the character (a dwarf) managed to climb back up the pit, while being bombarded by arrows from the skeleton, it was decided that the other character was going to attempt to "toss the dwarf". And somehow! the dice worked out and he was flung a few feet past the pit straight into the skeleton. I'm not sure if its crazy, but its defiantly a moment I will remember. Afterwards I asked the dwarf player how he liked D&D, and he said "I love it you can do anything in this game, case in point getting tossed". I think he is sold on RPG's now.

30 Day D&D Challenge - Day 9 - Favorite Character You Haven't Played
I suspect this is supposed to be a DM perspective question, like your favorite character of one of your players, possibly?
I think one my favorites was a friend of mine's warrior, I can't remember his name off hand, but man did he have LOOT! I managed to figure out a way to get him robbed at one point, which was good, as at the time I wasn't really aware that keeping them poor is a good idea. Anyways, this warrior, was basically a barbarian, he actually kept the ears of most of his enemies on a necklace around his neck. The rest he stored in a bag he carried with him, so very weird. The guy also had tattoos everywhere, including on his face, as my friend was a very good artist, I believe he did one bad assed character sketch, which I wish I still had.

30 Day D&D Challenge! - Day 8 - "Favorite Charcter You've Played"
My favorite Character that I played was a Wizard named "Rannick Frogshaper", Don't ask me where I got the name, but the original incarnation of him was a short story I had to write for Language Arts classes.
Since then he's appeared as a Player Character first in Advanced Fighting Fantasy (where he was only 16 years old), then later he was in D&D when I played red box with a friend (he was DMing), I believe he died on that adventure. I've even used him in video games like Oblivion & Morrowind. Anyways as time went on I ended up resurrected him as a NPC in my own D&D campaign. And now that I'm writing about him again and remembering him, I"m guessing that he will end up in another adventure at some point down the line.

30 Day D&D Challenge - Favorite Edition
The more I read retro clones the more I want to get a copy of B/X, I've posted about it before http://3toadstools.blogspot.ca/2013/09/some-bx-love.html . Having never really played B/X, I can't say that its my favorite edition. I remember playing red box with a friend and thoroughly enjoyed it as well.
Officially the only edition of D&D that I own is 2nd Edition, and while its not entirely my favorite, it was the one that I played the most. Rather than say "this is my favorite edition of D&D" I think I will rather answer the question by saying this is my favorite clone.
Basic Fantasy!
I love the mechanics a lot! (its easier to figure for newbs) , I like the Old School-ness, Honestly I like everything about it. Go download a copy today - www.basicfantasy.org
I've tried out a few retro clones, and while I love a lot of things about them, I really like basic fantasy as it feels like a new game to me, not being very familiar with D&D 3+ , I quite like the ascending AC, it makes it far easier on the DM, and dealing with bigger battles etc. Everything else to me feels just like any other version of D&D.

30 Day D&D Challenge - Favorite deity

Chauntea (pronounced Chawn-TEE-ah),[1] the Grain Goddess orthe Great Mother[1] was the goddess of life[3] and a parallel deity to Silvanus, who was considered the god of wild nature, whilst Chauntea herself was seen as being the embodiment of all things agrarian or agriculture. She was a goddess of agriculture, plants cultivated by humans, farmers, gardeners, and summer.
Some of her worshipers claimed that her divine glimmer gave life to the natural world, and some contended that she was the creator and source of all mortal races. In some sense Chauntea was the manifestation of the earth itself—the Avatar of the twin worlds Abeir-Toril. Her most despised enemy was Talona, the lady of pestilence, since she had a disposition to wreak suffering, disease and decay upon the natural world.

Logaan is the Lord of the Trickster Gods. He is a Neutral god and is devoted to maintaining a balance between Good andEvil and between Order and Chaos. Logaan himself is often depicted as a crazed clown. He is a Neutral god and is accompanied by the mysterious twins Kataand Petros who represent the pull between Order and Chaos, Good and Evil. He is the creator of Mankind. In creating mankind he was the first god to think of putting a part of himself into what he created from the magical clay of life.
